Round 3: Double Down

Shooter in the Lead Calls for Any Report Pair

(Shooter in the Lead Always Calls First)

Shooter Must Call for the Lower Number Target First

Trailing Shooter Can Call for a Report Pair or "Double Down" by Calling any True Pair.

If the Shooter Successfully Breaks the True Pair, the Point Value of the Sum of the 2 Targets is Doubled.  If the "Double Down" Attempt is Unsuccessful, the Shooter will be Scored 0 Points for the Pair.

Shooter with the Highest Total Score after the "Double Down" Round Wins.

In the Event of a Tie a Sudden Death Round, of the 7/8 True Pair will be Shot with the Point Value Based on Any Broken Targets.  The Leader of the Last Round 3 Pair will Call First.  If a Tie Remains after the First Sudden Death Pair, Shooters will Alternate Who Shoots First at the 7/8 True Pair until a Winner is Determined.

 
 

SCHEDULE/

Practice Field Will be Open April 14-19 during the NSCA 2020 FITASC Slam for $10 a Round.

Qualifying Field Will be Open Tuesday, April 14-Friday, April 17 at 5pm for $20 a Round.

16 shooters will be selected by Shoot Management as Invites.

Invites will compete Friday night against each other.

Pairings will be decided by draw with the 8 winning shooters moving on to the Saturday Night Championship.

Each Invite will pay a $50 entry fee in lieu of qualifying.

Any other competitor can qualify in by shooting a Qualifying Attempt for $20.  The *Top 16 Scores by 5pm Friday will be seeded (based on score) to the Semi Finals Round.

8 matches will immediately follow to decide who will move on to the Saturday Night Championship.

In the Championship Round 8 Invites will face off against 8 Qualifiers with pairings decided by draw.

 15 matches after dark will be shot down to The Matrix Champion.
